Celadon Events - Reno Decor

We focus on the complete look and feel of the event through the use of fashionable design and custom creation. Event as Art provides high end decor such as fabric creations, lounge furniture, stage decor, props, backdrops and drapes, linens and flowers, lighting and video effects.

When customers contact us, we discuss the event and what client is looking for in decorations. We then provide options geared toward client's preferences, both verbally and through e-mail requests, eventually ending up in a detailed proposal complete with lay outs, decoration projections, and up-grade options (such as furniture, centerpieces, and lighting possibilities).

Once the proposal is agreed upon and signed we will coordinate with the client and the location for set up and strike time. We will procure and customize staffing as well as obtain a deposit of %50 from the client. The balance will be due on the set up date.

All the services are coordinated with other event professionals essentially creating one stop shopping for local clients and groups coming to the Reno/Tahoe area. Our team provides high level of communication and extraordinary customer service in combination with an excellent end product.
