The LA Highland Dance Academy offers traditional Highland dancing classes for students of all ages and abilities, catering for ages from 4 years upwards, from absolute beginner to World Championship class.

The focus of the LA Highland Dance Academy is to teach to a very high technical level to create highland dancers who develop a love of highland dancing. Highland Dancing is not just for those of scottish descent. It is for anyone who would love the opportunity to learn to dance. The dances themselves are a spectacular combination of strength, agility, movement, music and costume.

Our students develop self-discipline and confidence as they learn about the history, art and physical demands of Highland Dancing. We pride ourselves in offering a learning environment that is both positive and encouraging to all students.
