Welcome to UK Bar Services Ltd. We are an independent mobile bar company who provide bar services for all kinds of event throughout the UK.

Since the company was established we have developed and refined our core ethos of quality service as each bar is developed around the individual needs of each client. From our first bar in our local Village Hall our business has expanded to cover almost every venue you can imagine throughout the UK.

The venues we usually visit range from community centres and village halls, to marquees, conference centres, stately homes and castles. Ever more inventive, our clients are now inviting us to provide bars in more unusual locations such as schools, car showrooms, art galleries and even a recording studio!

We also provide bars for a range of outdoor festivals, fun days, charity events, fetes, horse trials, shows, in fact anywhere you can hold a party, you can have our bar!

Make an enquiry All the bars we provide are sent out from our base in the Midlands next to the A1, which gives us excellent transport links to the whole of the UK.All our staff are recruited and trained by us, and we only use agency staff if we need specialised services for a large event such as table waiters. This means that we have teams of people that are experienced in all kinds of event and who we trust to deliver our quality of service each time.

Tailored to suit the needs of each client every bar we provide is unique, but generally our services can be defined by two categories

Our comprehensive bar service provides everything you need for your bar. All the equipment for the service of your drinks, including draft beers is provided, along with a full range of other alcoholic and soft drinks to rival most pubs and bars. We also include full insurance and Licencing, and the services of our smartly uniformed professional bar and glass collecting staff who are experienced in all kinds of event. Choosing this option means you can relax, and leave all the arrangements for your bar to us.

The second option is our rental and installation service, where you hire our equipment and serve yourself. This is a most versatile service, where you can add options such as keg beers, bar units, bottle chillers and even our staff!

This option is increasingly popular in the corporate world with companies wanting extra facilities for large events or conferences. Venues and event professionals also often use this when they need to increase their capacity on a temporary basis.
